These are the owners booking terms:
One week minimum. Yes you can stay 1-5 days but you pay for a full week. Full payment in advance. No owner here accepts credit cards for short term apartment rentals. Upon arrival some owners may require deposits as well. Payment must be received to confirm bookings. All bookings are non refundable.
